Kendra LeeAnne is a gospel-centered Bible teacher and writer based out of Kansas City, Missouri.

Kendra has been teaching for an array of ministries since 2012, but began preaching to the birds and butterflies in her yard when she was just five years old. Kendra is passionate about expository preaching and pointing to the Gospel with every message she brings. She is also focused on relationship-building at events she attends and gets giddy when she's able to connect to others on deeper levels. Finding commonalities with people and making friends is a specialty of Kendra’s.

Kendra began speaking to hundreds of middle schoolers in 2010. In 2012, Kendra embarked on mission to Kenya, Africa for four months to encourage fellow Christ followers and local missionaries. While there, Kendra had the opportunity to preach in churches throughout Kenya. Shortly after she returned to the States, she began an internship under student pastor, Brad Daniel, at Pleasant Valley Baptist Church, where she frequently taught for both the middle school and high school groups. From conferences and retreats, to student ministries and church services, Kendra has taught the Bible to a wide variety of audiences.

Kendra is equally enthralled with writing. Current articles and pieces can be found here. Past Bible studies can be found here. She spent several years as a freelance marketing writer, but during that time she was a key Bible study writer for GracefullyTruthful.com. From 2016-2020 Kendra joined with writers from around the world to encourage women in daily engagement and study of God's Word. Kendra has also written stories of life transformation for Pleasant Valley Baptist Church.

Kendra currently serves on the planning team for StillKC, an annual women's worship night that unites nearly 1,000 Christian women from 150+ churches around the Kansas City area.

After becoming a mother and watching so many other believers struggle finding the time and resources to study the Bible, Kendra began encouraging simple Bible studies while also growing in Bible literacy. She passionately believes in living a more simplified life, and that includes how we study Scripture.

Kendra’s husband, Adam, is a pastor at Liberty Christian Fellowship and together they have five children, two doodles named after dinosaurs, a few chickens, and around 20 house plants. They homeschool their children and Kendra regularly serves on the worship team at their church. She believes that her family is her first ministry and being connected to the local church is critical for all Bible teachers and Christian leaders. You can often find her reading or cooking but always with a child or an animal close at hand.

Kendra would be thrilled to have the chance to teach for your ministry or church!

Feel free to send Kendra an inquiry about her availability. If known, please include the dates for your event.
